Another wacky cafe has opened in Tokyo: The Marilyn Monroe Cafe pays homage to the late superstar's most famous movie scene by using floor fans to blow up the skirts of its waitresses.

Apparently there is an epidemic of soil thievery occuring in Hyogo prefecture. These dirty thieves are sneaking into farmer's rice paddies in the middle of the night and making off with their valuable booty. "Why" you ask? Well, I could tell you, but then I'd have to kill you.

Our Geek Jargon for this week is "Haniwa Ruku," and refers to the somewhat odd practice of high school girls wearing sweatpants under their school uniform skirts.
