We welcome Junko back to Planet Japan. She'll be filling in for Amy for a couple of months while Amy is away in Hokkaido.
Junko and Doug sing some Christmas carols with misheard lyrics, from snopes.com.

Junko fills us in on what goes on in Japan during the Christmas season.
Squidoo is a great new website, a kind of cross between Facebook and Wikipedia. Doug has created a Planet Japan lens (page) there, and is inviting listeners to go there and create their own page. You can make your page about anything you'd like. We'll link all our listeners pages to the Planet Japan page and plug them on the show, too. It's a great way to promote something you've done, or just a fun way to do something creative. To start your own page, click HERE.
We got a really interesting email from a Colorado listener, Daniel. He's got a great site called SAVAGE JAPAN MOVIE REVIEWS: Film reviews for Japan enthusiasts, Japanese movie fans, & those seeking good films for practicing basic listening skills. Dan fills us in on his unfortunate experience with the Japanese Language Proficiency Exam.
Our Dick of the Week is Michelle Ohlert, a woman in Colorado who sought revenge after being hit by a snowball.

We finish with a heartwarming (literally) tale of a dog who became a hero.
We end with the soon-to-be-classic Christmas song, I'd Rather be Naughty. It's from a musical comedy called A Don't Hug Me Christmas Carol.
That's it for this week. Hope everyone has a great Christmas and a Happy New Year!

I nominate this whole web site for Dick of the Week!
How are you guys? I lost everything from my old computer when it died 3 months after I paid it off. So now I have to download all the shows again...sigh. I don't comment much, but I still listen to every one!
Many hugs, Happy New Year
